How long does an international shipment take to be delivered?
This depends on a few factors, some of which are totally up to you. However, we offer an Economy service that takes about 2-6 working days. There are some factors that are out of our control. Shipping to the Countries out of Europe Union can take longer if they get held up at customs. We know this can be frustrating, so we do everything we can to track your order and keep you updated on its progress.Thanks to our partnership with a trusted third-party service, you can make your purchases around Europe as well as countries outside EU with ease and confidence. Security during placing an Order:

Banks provide a 3 digit security code on the back of the credit card. They do this for your benefit, and to generally prevent fraud and identity theft. By providing us with the 3 digit security code, it lets us know that you are in possession of your card. It also prevents orders from being placed in your name by another person who may have somehow gained access to your account information.
Get a tracking number:
You will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number as soon as tracking becomes available for your order. This email will include a link to the shipper’s website so you can easily track your shipment.

If problems occurred while shopping via e-shop:
Card details were not filled correctly. There are no sufficient funds on the Card account or there has been exceeded the fixed limit for internet transactions. The card has a fixed limit of funds available to spend in one day and your order exceeds that limit. Card is not intended for on-line shopping (contacting issuing bank is advised)
